H4UA ELITE SESSIONS:
Elite session – Tuesday August 20th 2024 – 10.00-12.30 – £30 @ City of Peterborough sports club
- Our Elite sessions are usually run throughout the year for players that are slightly older and more experienced with their hockey. These sessions are designed to work and challenge players to provide an insight into what a club training session would feel like. Ages are usually 12-15 and groups are kept small to keep a quality player:coach ratio. Something a little more serious for those players that are willing to push themselves.

H4UA JUNIOR CAMPS:
Junior camp – Tuesday August 6th 2024 – 10.00-15.00 – £35 @ City of Peterborough sports club
- Our Junior camps are designed for ages 6-12/13 and are a fun packed hockey day for any hockey enthusiast at any level! Players can come for half or full days and will participate in lots of fun hockey themed activities that suit their skill level. Prizes are available to win throughout the day but you can be sure that in the end, Hockey will be the winner!

H4UA MASTERCLASS SESSIONS:
Following the success of last years Masterclass programme, we are once again launching our 8 week masterclass programme.
Monday 20th May – Monday 8th July (inclusive)
7.30pm-8.30pm @ City of Peterborough HC – £5 per session
– These group sessions are designed to drastically improve a players technical skill by spending each session working on the real fundamentals of hockey. The off season is a perfect opportunity to learn a new skill, master a current one as players tend to have the time without the stresses of training & matches.
– There will be 8 sessions and each session will have a particular focus. Wether it be ball carrying, 3D skills, tackling, reverse stick shooting, Aerials & flicking etc, this will be the focus for the session. Then, it will run like a circuit training session with up to 10 stations of hockey related skills designed to improve your technical ability.
– You’re likely to work in pairs or threes so you can either come as a group or just turn up and be paired with someone of a similar ability.
– Anyone can come but you must be atleast 12 years of age or older. (For those that are younger but still interested then please contact me directly). This is just to ensure that players can take on instruction and understand each drill once explained.
– The cost of the session is £5 per week. This can be paid weekly in cash or bank transfer or you can pay for the block of 8 sessions upfront for £35 and save £5.

NEW! – H4UA TACTICAL GAMEPLAY SESSIONS:
Something new for those players that want to extend their gameplay knowledge and learn about the tactical side of the game. Through gameplay run exercises, players will learn gameplay themes such as ‘How to create space’ or ‘How to press’ and much more. A practical session that will ensure you leave with an insight into the tactical side of hockey!

TO BOOK AND PAY FOR CAMPS/ELITE & Other grouped sessions. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM AND COMPLETE THE PAYMENT.
Please provide each player with shin pads/gum shield. Goalies please bring your kit or let us know in advance and we make sure some is here for you to use. Also please supply players with lunch for our long camp days.
