The Player development programme (PDP) is the ultimate personal hockey experience and the best way to quickly improve your game!
Your very own personal coach will help guide you to fully break down your overall hockey game and give you ways of drastically improving it. There are 3 packages available although the programme can be tailored around your needs & wants:
- Bronze Package: 6x1to1 sessions, 1x match day, video analysis, 3x zoom meetings
- Silver Package: 7x1to1 sessions, 1x match day, video analysis, 4x zoom meetings, S&C advice, Nutritional advice.
- Gold Package: 8x1to1 sessions, 1x match day, 4x zoom meetings, Nutritional advice, S&C programme supplied, mental strategies.
